Two of our veteran beneficiaries – Cody Durkin (Operation eMotorsport League) & Eric Holmes (Motorsport Immersion – CrowdStrike Racing by APR) live near VIRginia International Raceway & were able to join us last weekend for the GT World Challenge Powered by AWS. Veterans from our programs don’t always meet each other in person so this was particularly meaningful.

Thank you both for coming!

Five teams within SRO Motorsports Group’s series are hosting Motorsport Immersion participants this year. At every race, these former soldiers are using skills they learned in service, building new skills & becoming members of their race teams & the motorsport community.

Thank you to SRO, OGH Motorsports, Archangel Motorsport Services, Thunder Bunny Racing & Random Vandals Racing for hosting our veterans.

“Powersports Garage is in its first year working with Operation Motorsport & we couldn’t be more proud to be selected for the Veterans Race of Remembrance. Every opportunity we’ve had to work with this group has been fantastic. We can’t wait to get to VIRginia International Raceway,” Jay Fredericks, team principle, Powersports Garage.

Let us know!

The CrowdStrike Veterans Race of Remembrance Powered by AWS (Nov. 7-9, 2025, VIRginia International Raceway) features fast cars, diverse racing & plenty of info for veterans. But that’s not all it’s about.

This event benefits Operation Motorsport – an organization that recognized the good motorsport can do for veterans who’ve been medically released/retired from the military or have a service-connected disability & decided to do something about it.

This season, 20 veterans are criss-crossing the U.S. & Canada working with racing series or teams through the Motorsport Immersion program, while the Operation eMotorsport iRacing League continues to flourish as a supportive, engaging community online.

These programs are powered by a small team of passionate volunteers & staff who are excited about launching this new event so that even more veterans can regain their sense of Team, Identity & Purpose.

For tickets, visit: https://virnow.com/operationmotorsport/

(Tickets are FREE for active-duty military & 50% off for veterans – Redemption code from GovX.com required).

We’re bringing back our annual “Honoring Heroes” campaign for the Veterans Race of Remembrance.

For just $22, you can honor the military hero in your life AND help us bring our veterans to VIRginia International Raceway for the race.

Meet Master Sergeant (Ret) Nolan Yuke

Throwback Thursday

Who was there in 2018?

Operation Motorsport raced in the 24-hour Champ race at VIRginia International Raceway in 2018, with Chad McCumbee (MMR), Tom Long & Liam Dwyer. James Cameron from Mission Motorsport came over from the U.K. to race with us that weekend as well.

We have MANY more memories to build with VIR with veterans attending SRO & IMSA races there in coming months & the CrowdStrike Veterans Race of Remembrance there Nov. 7-9, 2025!
