About Operation Motorsport

Operation Motorsport is a Veteran Led and Operated, Not for Profit Foundation, based in Brighton, Ontario, serving Canadian Service Members and Veterans and is based on three core values: Team, Identity, and Purpose. Operation Motorsport supports the recovery of medically retiring or retired Service Members affected by military service through Motorsports opportunities. Our motto is One At A Time (#OneAtATime).

Charles St. Pierre, Sergeant (RET), served his country for 19 years as an Artilleryman in the Royal Canadian Army and was awarded the Medal of Military Valour (MMV). He joined us in 2022, was assigned to the Rilli Racing team, and now works with Canadas Sports Car Championship Series.

📢Shout out to Ian, our new Event Coordinator in the SRO series! Ian comes to us from a varying background of motorsports and non-profit advocacy. From local dirt track racing to the sports car paddock, and to helping build community outreach programs, and stand up programs to assist the organization in standing up regional and national campaigns, Ian is out there doing it!
When asked about Ian’s reasoning to volunteer with Operation Motorsport he responded with; “I felt an obligation to our nations veterans to assist in a market that I am extremely familiar with and passionate about. Being around the SRO paddock and the teams that make up the series, I see the impact that they can make in a veterans sense of purpose and team. Motorsports is a lot like the military, where all members of the team contribute to the overall success of the mission. I look forward to garnering positive outcomes for our veterans and the teams they are immersed with.”
